Individual development plans are developed for each cadet youth.
Youth cadets are taught to become leaders in their schools & community.
Cadets participate in Community Development Projects and work as a team to accomplish each project.

Cadets learn to read music and play an instrument to become members of the Crotona Cadet Corps Band.
Instruments include Drums, Triplets, Glockenspiel, Trumpet, Bass Drum & Cymbals.
